“Design your very own” 3-tier wedding cake using rolled fondant. Demonstrations and instructions will include styling, covering cakes, and construction.
Prerequisite: Introduction and Intermediate Cake Decorating or a strong knowledge of cake decorating and rolled fondant.
Tools Required: A student kit with a chef jacket, towel, Apron, Tools and materials needed for the course will be provided.
